Following his undergraduate studies, he immersed himself in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery, gaining invaluable experience in several Maxillofacial departments across South Wales.

Transitioning to general practice, Dr. Valliani completed his vocational training and has since been dedicated to providing exceptional care to his patients in a mix of NHS and private practices in South Wales and around London since 1999. His wealth of experience and diverse background have shaped his approach to dentistry, allowing him to offer comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Dr. Valliani holds a postgraduate qualification as a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons RCS England, demonstrating his commitment to continuing education and professional development. Additionally, he is a certified Invisalign provider, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in orthodontic treatment to deliver optimal outcomes for his patients.
