Meet Siu Ling Hau, affectionately known as Siu, a valued member of our team at Fernleigh Dental Practice. Siu’s journey in the dental field began as a dental nurse and chairside assistant, where she gained her National Certificate NEBDN dental nursing qualification in 2008.

Driven by her fascination with dentistry and a desire to make a positive impact, Siu decided to further her career. In 2012, she earned her Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy from the Royal College of Surgeons RCS England.

Siu’s passion for helping people and her love for the aesthetic aspects of dentistry led her to pursue additional training in facial aesthetics. She enjoys interacting with patients, making a difference in their lives through dental hygiene, and boosting their confidence through skin rejuvenation techniques and anti-wrinkle treatments such as botox and fillers.

To ensure she provides the best care possible, Siu stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental hygiene and facial aesthetics. She regularly attends courses, including tooth whitening and a comprehensive 2-year course in facial aesthetics, followed by a 1-year mentorship with a renowned facial aesthetics trainer.

Since joining Fernleigh in 2014, Siu has dedicated herself to her role, initially working two days a week and gradually building up her schedule to four days a week. She values the relationships she has built with her patients over the years and looks forward to meeting new ones, always striving to provide exceptional care and support.
